Filipino nannies in demand in pandemic

Filipino nannies are rescuing parents with endless Zoom sessions, and using their paychecks to help their relatives overseas, where the economic situation is increasingly dire because of the pandemic.

Most nannies are in Bucharest, then Timisoara, Iasi, Cluj and Constanta. Magdalena Peisakh, director of the agency "Nanny of note 10", said demand has remained steady.
